The world is vast and the love is warm. Before we know it, 2024 is coming to an end. From November 30th to December 1st, in order to further enhance team cohesion, promote communication and cooperation between employees of various companies and functional departments of the group, improve team collaboration efficiency, and promote the healthy and progressive spirit of employees of the functional departments of the group, Zhongmao Technology Holding Group organized a team-building activity with the theme of "Unite to Build Dreams and Climb to New Heights". We went to Qinling Tianzhu Mountain and Manchuan Ancient Town in Shanyang County, Shangluo City for outdoor expansion activities.
Tianzhu Mountain Scenic Area is a national 4A-level tourist attraction located in Tianzhu Mountain Town, 30 kilometers southeast of Shanyang County, Shaanxi Province. It is famous for its overlapping mountains, numerous peaks and beautiful scenery, which complement the majestic ancient buildings. Since the Tang Dynasty, many famous people have lived in seclusion here, and visitors here feel like they are in a fairyland.
Although it was winter, everyone's face was filled with enthusiastic smiles during the climb. Everyone was in high spirits and everyone integrated into the group, helping and encouraging each other to reach the final summit and enjoy the open and beautiful scenery.

Manchuan Ancient Town is a corridor for material and cultural exchange connecting Qin and Chu. Visitors can quietly feel the rich cultural heritage and beautiful natural scenery when they are in it, as if time has slowed down here, and every corner carries stories and memories of the years.
After the tour, employees from the group's functional departments enjoyed a meal together at the Tianzhu Mountain Resort Hotel, savoring the essence of life. This allowed everyone to decompress from their busy schedules and relax. The "Zhongmao" team members felt close to each other, and communication and exchange between departments improved. At 3:00 PM on December 1st, all employees from the group's functional departments successfully concluded this outdoor team-building activity and returned safely to the company. In summary, this outdoor activity not only fostered a healthy and positive corporate culture, but also enabled employees to relieve stress, connect, and strengthen friendships. It further strengthened team cohesion and solidarity, and fostered a sense of responsibility, innovation, and cooperation.
